Banana Caramel Oatmeal

- 100g Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats
- 2 Bananas (medium ripeness)
- 2 Teaspoons of brown sugar
- 200 ml of water (for banana caramel)
- 600 ml of water (for Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats)
Cooking instructions:
Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats: Pour 100g Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats into 600ml of boiling water, turn down the heat into medium heat after 2 minutes and let it simmer for 5 minutes (Additional water and cooking time could be added for a smoother texture and vice versa)
Banana Caramel: Peel 2 bananas and slice it into desired thickness. Heat pan into medium heat, stir fry banana for approximately 15 seconds. Pour in water and brown sugar and let it simmer until it thickens into a sauce.
Pour Banana Caramel onto your serving of Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats to serve.
