Haverjoy Oat Banana Muffins

Servings: 15 muffins
- 240g Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats
- 3 ripe bananas
- 100 ml of fresh milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Cooking instructions:
Pre heat oven to 175˚C. Mash banana finely. Mix in Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats, mashed bananas, fresh milk, eggs, baking powder and vanilla extract. Mixed well until all ingredients are finely distributed. Left it to rest while you prepare for the muffin pan.
Spray muffin pan (with or without liner) with a non stick spray, and distribute dough evenly for approximately 15 muffins.
Bake for 15-20 minutes (depends on the make and model of oven) or until dough turns into golden brown with a firm texture. Take it out from the oven and let it to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Haverjoy Oat Tips: Replace bananas with berries such as strawberry as a variation. For a treat, you can try mixing in some chocolate chips into the dough before baking it onto the oven.
