Haverjoy Oat Chicken Porridge

Serving: 4 Adults
- 200g of Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oat
- 1 Liter Chicken stock
- 100g of Chicken fillet (thigh or breast)
- 3 cloves of garlic (To garnish)
- 3 cloves of shallots (To garnish)
- salt  (To garnish)
- pepper (To garnish)
- spring onion (To garnish)
Cooking Instructions:
Finely slice the chicken fillet, garlic and shallots. Prepare frying pan on a medium heat, toss in the finely cut garlic and shallots and stir fry on a medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add 200g of Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats, stir fry for 10-15 seconds, add chicken stock and finely cut chicken fillet of your choice。
Turn up the heat and bring it to a boil, and lower then turn down the heat and allow it to simmer. Stir occasionally, and wait for about 15 minutes or until oats are soft and mixture is thick. (For a smoother texture, let the mixture simmer longer and add more chicken stock, and vice versa).
Garnish with spring onions, salt, and pepper when ready.
