Haverjoy Sunny Side Breakfast Treat (ENG)
Servings: 1 Adult

  • 40g Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Fresh red tomato
  • 1 Tablespoon of grated cheese of choice (as garnish)
  • 1 Tablespoon of spring onion (as garnish)

Cooking Instructions:
In a small saucepan, Boil one cup of water (210 ml) and pour 40g Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats, boil for 2-5 minutes or as favored. Meanwhile, fry the eggs until half cooked (where the yolks are still runny) and sprinkle salt and pepper over the eggs to taste.

Serve eggs over a bowl Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats, garnish with diced fresh tomatoes, grated cheese and spring onion.
Haverjoy Oat tips:
Tomatoes and eggs are full of proteins, making this a very nutritious way to start the day. You also could add a side of banana or apple (if you still have any room for them!)
