Pan-seared Oats with Raisins and Honey
Servings: 1 Adult

  • 40g Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats
  • 210 ml of water
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of dried raisins
  • 3 tablespoon of honey

Cooking Instructions:
In a small saucepan, Boil one cup of water (210 ml) and pour 40g Haverjoy Quick Cooking Oats, boil for 2-5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it rest in a food container for 10-15 minutes till it sets and hardens.
Once it hardens, cut it into two equal halves and sear each side of the Oats lightly for about 20 seconds each side and plate it.
Heat honey and brown sugar and cut off the heat once it boils, top it with the dried raisin and drizzle the oat with the honey, brown sugar and dried raisin. Enjoy!

Try switching dried raisins with fresh fruits such as apple or banana as variations!
