Haverjoy® Instant Oats Oats are made of 100% Australian Oats. Enjoy the natural benefits of oats, which is rich in soluble fibre. Soluble fibre can help control sugar, cholesterol level and saturated fats, while also helping you manage your weight.
 
Serving Instruction:
  1. Hot Water: Pour 210 ml of hot water for every 35g / 4 tbsp Haverjoy ® Instant Oats into a glass and wait for approximately 2 minutes before serving.

  2. Microwave: Pour 210 ml of hot water at 35g / 4 tbsp Haverjoy ® Instant Oats into a microwave-friendly food container, heat for 1 minute. (Due to different types of microwaves, cooking times may vary).
